Do what you do best and outsource the rest. – YP Networking

As a time poor small business, what is it that you outsource? Do you outsource anything?

A small business mantra is: Do what you do best and outsource the rest.

Too many business owners impact on their own revenue growth doing everything just to save a few bucks. Strategic outsourcing solves this dilemma.

Many entrepreneurs reject outsourcing because of the extra cost. However, they fail to calculate the value of opportunities lost because they sank too much time into energy-sapping tasks best left to others. Simply put, they save money but they do not make money.

Outsourcing stuff you are not good at allows you to focus on what you are, and make money doing that.

Things that can be outsourced include:

  • Book Keeping
  • Website Development
  • Social Media
  • Graphic Design
  • Marketing
  • Human Resource Management
  • Business Development

just to mention a few.

What else do you outsorce? What else can you outsource?
