Learn about keywords and how these are critical to your website as well as to your twitter feeds and Facebook posts.

Come up with a twitter strategy- set up a twitter site- if you don’t have one already- and then plan some content for the next month. Learn about twitter style and language.

YPBN Monthly Networking- Christmas Catch up and planning for 2017

Why did you set up business on the Peninsula?

Having worked in different environments on the Yorke Peninsula for 7 years when the opportunity arose to buy our own business we thought that it that this was a great time to  branch out and be self employed.

What do you like about running a business on the Peninsula? 

Travelling all over the peninsula and meeting the wonderful people who live here. Each day brings a new adventure.

What is the main thing that you struggle with in business on the Peninsula? How have you or do you overcome this? 

Making people aware that we are not worried about travelling all over the peninsula as people are not wanting to pay high travel costs. We advertise that we don’t charge a travelling fee, and try to book clients in the same area.

Why did you set up business on the Peninsula?

19 years ago the directors saw the need for a credit union in Yorketown, offering excellent customer service and competitive interest rates.

What do you like about running a business on the Peninsula? 

Developing close relationships with customers and working with them to achieve their goals and dreams.

 

What is the main thing that you struggle with in business on the Peninsula? How have you or do you overcome this? 

Raising awareness of the Yorketwon branch on the wider Peninsula. We overcome this by getting out and about with the branded car.
