On Wednesday the 26th of August, the YP Business Network will feature a presentation centered on delegation and outsourcing. Nicole Williams from the BRS Group of Companies, which includes BRS, easyconsult and easygovernment, will talk to us on systematizing, delegation and outsourcing of activities to generate productivity in your business.

NicoleWilliamsNicole (nee Gardner) was born and raised on the Yorke Peninsula and attended both Kulpara Primary and Kadina Memorial High before moving to Adelaide to undertake her studies. Having family located across the state, Nicole understands the challenges faced by our regional communities and also sees the potential for other entrepreneurs and business owners to utilise technology and build a thriving business.

Nicole is co-founder and co-owner of the award winning infrastructure advisory firm BRS, established in 2009. Nicole specialises in business improvement, business planning and strategy, and is passionate about educating others to improve their organisations and projects.

Over recent years Nicole has developed two online coaching programs for consultants (easyconsult) and government leaders (easygovernment) to assist them in improving both themselves and their organisations. Nicole knows what it takes to build the foundations of a successful business both offline and online as she has experienced this first hand. She also has a knack for systemising and automating processes across all areas of business and is an expert at outsourcing both locally and offshore.

With a strong background in project management, prior to founding BRS Nicole worked as a Projects Manager for the world’s largest contract research organisation specialising in clinical research and pharmaceutical related services.

She possesses a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Pharmacology and Physiology), both from The University of Adelaide. Nicole is a board member for Netball SA and has won a number of awards for achievement including the Telstra small business of the year and the fastest growing company in SA.

August- Networking Lunch

The YP Business Network will be hosting a lunch at the Marion Bay Tavern on Thursday the 20th of August. As well as meeting for lunch and building linkages with some of the local Marion Bay businesses, we will be viewing the SALA exhibition in being held at Studio Surf Cafe in Marion Bay. – Living by the Sea.

A fabulous group of talented local artists have put together this exhibition, being hosted at new cafe Studio Surf at Marion Bay.

We will be leaving Yorketown at 9.30 PM, returning by 3 PM. We will meet for lunch at 12.

A great opportunity for some casual networking and business building.
